1. On call 24 hour service. Our offices are open from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. We are also open and available for weekend job orders and account management. Weekend service includes the maintenance of our own employee base as well as replacements for employees absent from your company. We are available via cell phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We can accommodate all last minute personnel additions and cut backs.
2. E-Verify: Employment 2000 is currently registered with the E-Verify system. This system checks an employee’s work authorization status with both the Social Security Administration and The Department of Homeland Security. Currently, this is the most reliable system available to employers to ensure they are hiring legal and work authorized employees. We are not legally required to participate in this system. However, we have taken a proactive approach for the benefit and protection of our company and our client companies.
3. Time and Attendance record keeping: We will install a turnkey clock system in your facility. This clock will be monitored on a daily basis by our company representative. This system can provide several reports. These reports can be used for both scheduling and budgeting purposes. It enables us to track absenteeism and initiate the replacement process in a timely manner. For safety purposes, this system provides a “who’s in” report at the start of every shift to monitor the number of employees in the building at all times. It also provides reports to monitor overtime hours and costs on a daily basis. It will provide your accounting department with several invoicing reports on a weekly summary basis to allocate employee hours by department, shift, regular time hours and overtime hours.
4. On Site Support: We offer full time on site support personnel. This person is available to handle any and all employee issues including but not limited to discipline, safety, attendance and payroll.
5. GMP’s: All new employees must sign an acknowledgement form that describes any and all of your company policies and procedures.
6. Safety Training: Currently, all employees view our safety video before reporting to your facility. This video addresses lock out/tag out, safe lifting, PPE, fire safety, etc. In addition, we have established a partnership with our RI workers comp insurance company (The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company) to provide any and all OSHA training to our preferred clients. A certified, trained representative from Beacon Mutual Insurance will work with our client company to develop a complete OSHA training schedule for our temporary workers at your facility. They will come to your facility on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis to provide the training in both English and Spanish versions. We will be responsible to maintain any and all records of the training. We will provide written proof of the training to satisfy your OSHA requirements.
7. Employee Benefits: After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for health insurance benefits under our policy with United Health Care. Employment 2000 contributes 33% of a single plan cost.
8. Section 125: We offer a Section 125 plan to those employees that have enrolled in our health insurance package.
9. Employee Screening: We provide drug screening and Background Criminal Investigations for all of our employees.
10. New Employees: All new employees will be escorted to work by our company representative on their first day of work. This ensures that all employees report to work on time and to the correct department.
11. Check delivery: Payroll checks will be delivered to your facility for distribution on a weekly basis.
12. Insurance and taxes: We carry all applicable insurance as required by law in addition to “Off Site” General Liability Insurance and Accounts Receivable insurance. All payroll taxes are paid in full – a Certificate of Good Standing with the state of MA can be issued at your request.
13. Bill Rates: Our rates are very competitive
